I run LockRidge out of Payson, Utah. I build websites and take care of the computers for small businesses and medical offices in Utah County.
Before LockRidge I worked as a hardware technician, taking apart and rebuilding computers all day. I learned what actually breaks, what gets ignored until it fails, and how much a small office loses when the one machine that matters goes down.
Most small offices get one of two things: a web designer who disappears after launch, or an IT company that treats a six-person office like a line item. I wanted to be the one person who handles both and actually picks up the phone.
So that's the business. One person, a short list of clients, and a standard that every site I build and every computer I manage is something I'd be fine putting my name on. Which I do, in the footer of every site.
You'll never get a report you need me to translate.
Anything outside a plan gets a written estimate first.
I'm in Payson. If something needs hands on a keyboard, I come by.
I keep the client list short so every one of them gets same-day attention.
Chiropractors, dental offices, therapists, spas, contractors, and local shops across Payson, Spanish Fork, Springville, Salem, and the rest of Utah County. If you have a small team and computers that have to work, we'll get along.

Twenty minutes in your office. I look at five things that quietly go wrong: backups, updates, antivirus, who has admin access, and whether your patient software lives on one drive. You get a one-page report either way. No pitch, no strings.
